Bedroom Items you Need and What they Cost to Furnish a Luxury Short Term Rental
This is a picture of a bedroom I just furnished in our latest short term rental in San Antonio. For more pictures of this property check out Leigh Cottage on staySAhistoric.com.
Below is a list of the actual items and stores/websites I purchased everything in this bedroom, total cost of all items was $1,455. This was the actual cost when I purchased everything, click on the link to the products for the current price as prices may fluctuate. I definitely recommend subscribing to Amazon Prime for free quick shipping on most items. Amazon makes it simple to order most of the basic items you need – don’t waste your time and money going to the big box stores (believe me I did and it is a waste of time and money) – stick to Amazon for most items.
Then go explore estate sales, garage sales, facebook marketplace and discount stores such as HomeGoods, Big Lots, etc. for deals on decor and other items to make your room unique and memorable.
