Kitchen Items you Need and What they Cost to Furnish a Luxury Short Term Rental

Below is a list of the actual items and stores/websites I purchased everything in the kitchen, total cost of all items was $1,420 not including major appliances. This was the actual cost when I purchased everything, click on the link to the products for the current price as prices may fluctuate. house is a 3 bedroom house that can sleep a max of 10, so adjust quantities accordingly.

I definitely recommend subscribing to Amazon Prime for free quick shipping on most items. Amazon makes it simple to order most of the basic items you need – don’t waste your time searching stores for most of the items below – Amazon has the best prices and you get it delivered within a day or two. My first few properties I went out to Target/Walmart/etc. and bought everything – what a waste of time and money – trust me just use Amazon for most items.

Then go explore estate sales, garage sales, facebook marketplace and discount stores such as HomeGoods, Big Lots, etc. for deals on decor and other items to make your room unique and memorable.
